We're a friendly, busy letting agency based in the heart of Edinburgh, looking for a
part-time Admin Assistant
to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing:
Answering phones and emails with a calm, helpful manner
Keeping files, systems and diaries up to date
Assisting with general office admin and day-to-day tasks
Supporting the team so landlords and tenants stay happy
What we're looking for:
A good eye for detail and solid organisational skills
Confident communication (written and spoken)
Comfortable using computers and basic office software
Previous admin or office experience is essential
Previous letting agency or property manager experience is a bonus
What you'll get:
Part-time hours (16 hours over 4 days)
Salary of
24,500 pro rata
