We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales and lettings process, ensuring a seamless experience for both buyers and tenants. Excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management:
Building relationships with buyers. (Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences).
Keeping sellers informed about viewings, offers, and market conditions.
Advising buyers on suitable properties and their purchasing options.
2. Cold Calls & Viewings:
Arranging and conducting property viewings.
Highlighting property features and benefits to potential buyers.
3. Negotiation:
Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve a successful deal.
Handling queries and concerns to ensure smooth transactions.
4. Sales Progression:
Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other parties.
Ensuring the sales process progresses efficiently to exchange and completion.
Previous experience in sales or lettings is desirable but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients.
Strong organisational skills to manage appointments, viewings, and documentation effectively.
