To lead and manage the Lettings Department, ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of property lettings.
Key Accountabilities:
Front Reception & Client Interaction:
Meet and greet clients, tenants, Landlords and investors.
Confidently handle client-facing tasks both in the office and over the phone.
Answer enquiries across all Letsand social media platforms.
Marketing & Communications:
Assist in the execution of marketing strategies.
Manage and respond to tenant and landlord enquiries via email, letters, and text messaging.
Oversee the application process for prospective tenants.
Book and co-ordinate property viewings.
Tenant & Landlord Management:
Conduct tenant referencing and prepare check-in paperwork.
Handle tenant check-ins and ensure all processes are documented.
Weekly update to landlords on their property status.
Help manage the maintenance out of hours phone line if required on a rotational basis
Carry out viewings as and when needed.
Dress vacant rooms and houses.
Instruct and manage the movements of "To Let" and "For Sale" boards.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain key log systems and co-ordinate key cutting as necessary.
Update utility companies following tenant check-outs.
Ensure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is updated daily.
Due to the nature of our business you may be required to work overtime
Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and lettings within the UK property market.
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to confidently engage with tenants and investors.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to be flexible when required , including potential overtime for weekend viewings
Proficiency in CRM systems and property management software is advantageous.

Pay: 24,000.00-28,000.00 per year
