Liaising with transport and partners to ensure customer requirements are communicated and met
Ensure all administration (including pricing) and paperwork is completed accurately
Input of accurate information into SAP and excel worksheets
Experience in Exporting goods via road and sea freight
Ensure all freight is accurately documented and compliant
Pro-actively handle the processing of all sales order types
To assist Ops Planning with accurate information and customer requirements to meet on time in full to all stakeholders, internal and external.
Keeping up to date on current Export Rules & Regulations
Provide Export documentation: Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices etc.
Order progressing; managing and tracking customer order books
Support with Sales and finance administration
Create and update reports
Co-ordinate UK and Export hauliers to meet customer demand
Assist the Customer Service Manager and Sales team
Answering the telephone and emails
Ensure Commercial Competition Compliance is understood and maintained
Skill Requirements:
Good organisational skills
Time management
Keen attention to detail
Ability to work quickly and accurately, prioritising workload
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook & Power Point
Knowledge of SAP
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated
Strong analytical and communication skills
