Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Create and schedule social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Support content creation for newsletters, blogs, website updates, and promotional materials.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
Help coordinate marketing events, webinars, and outreach activities.
Monitor and report on performance metrics (social media insights, campaign results).
Maintain the company's marketing database and contact lists.
Administrative Duties
Perform general office tasks including filing, data entry, scanning, and record-keeping.
Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
Support document preparation such as letters, presentations, and reports.
Manage office supplies and maintain an organized work environment.
Assist with onboarding tasks and HR administrative support where needed.
Provide operational support to different departments when required.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in marketing, admin, or similar roles (internship/ apprentice experience is acceptable).
Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media management.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
