ABOUT THE ROLE

We're a fast-growing e-commerce brand (watches & jewellery) looking for a hands-on marketing and e-commerce assistant to support our website and paid social teams.

You'll help execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and day-to-day marketing operations - working across email marketing, website management, and paid advertising.

This is a great opportunity to learn all aspects of D2C e-commerce marketing in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

E-commerce & Email Marketing:

- Help plan, upload, and schedule email campaigns

- Update product pages and collections on our website

- QA campaigns and website updates before they go live

- Coordinate with designers on email content

Paid Advertising:

- Upload ads to social media platforms

- Build performance reports tracking campaign results

- QA ad creative and copy before launch

- Monitor campaign performance

Campaign Support:

- Support product launches and seasonal sales

- Maintain campaign calendars and checklists

- Coordinate between e-commerce, paid social, and creative teams

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Essential:

- 2-3+ years in marketing, e-commerce, or digital marketing

- Experience with email platforms, e-commerce platforms, and social ad platforms

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent written English

- Comfortable in a small, fast-paced team

- Able to commute to Potters Bar daily (Mon - Fri).

Desirable:

- Fashion, jewelry, or watches experience

- Understanding of D2C metrics (ROAS, conversion rate, AOV)

- Basic design skills for quick asset updates
