We are looking for a Marketing Project Support Officer to work 30 hrs per week, Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm on an 18 month fixed-term contract.



The main duties of the role are:


Contribute to the CRM projects as Marketing Super User, supporting the development and implementation of the new CRM from a marketing perspective. Day to day administration and coordination support for the CRM and websites projects. Liaise with internal stakeholders, external agencies and suppliers to support project delivery. Support the transfer and optimism of content for the new website. Support and upskill the fundraising team with set-up and implementation of bespoke journeys within the new CRM to improve donor retention.

Key skills we're looking for are:

Email marketing skills:

The candidate should have a strong understanding of email marketing strategies, audience segmentation, automation and A/B testing. Candidate should also have experience in using CRM systems and be confident with data.

Stewardship and relationship management:

Strong communication skills are essential for connecting with stakeholders, both internal and external to encourage brand loyalty.

Website editing:

The candidate should have experience with content management systems (CMS) and be comfortable editing content and creating pages on a variety of systems, as well as being familiar with SEO best practices.

Organisation and time management:

Strong organisation and time management skills are required for this role.

Team player:

Demonstrates strong collaborative skills and a commitment to working effectively with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
