Medical Aesthetic Clinic Receptionist Position
Job Description
The Wellness and Beauty Clinic is based in West Hampstead, NW6 London, and is a multi-functional medical clinic offering high level medical dermatology, aesthetics, beauty therapy, podiatry and musculoskeletal rehabilitation and pain management. It it a new modern medical clinic built to Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards with excellent medical devices and facilities for best patient care. It is easy to get to with excellent public transport links to the clinic.
We are looking for a front of house, presentable, interactive, people focused receptionist, who takes pride in helping and making people get well.
Key Skills:
Patient focused, friendly phone and in person reception duties
Proactively reaching out to patient leads and answering in a professional manner
Booking, editing and operating customer reception system software
Taking payments over phone and in person, plus end of day cashing up
Proactively being involved in marketing strategy of the clinic - website, social media, print and "look and feel" of the clinic
Ensuring clinic is kept clean and in line with CQC obligations
Maintaining and filing documentation correctly
Interacting well with internal staff and medical consultants
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From 14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
