We are seeking two talented and passionate Spanish and Italian Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Develop new recipes and menu items that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies. Assist in serving meals during peak service times to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry. Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management. Extensive knowledge of food production techniques and culinary practices. Excellent cooking skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
