Job Description

The role



Play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of stock through the business in the Merchandising and Finance teams, creating purchase orders, managing invoices, liaising with suppliers and maintaining effective communication across departments. Your accuracy, organization, and proactive approach will help keep operations running efficiently and support the overall success of the team.

Key accountabilities



Purchase Order, Delivery and Stock Management. Invoice Management Reporting Space Planning & Management Internal team support

Attributes



Meticulous with high attention to detail Thrive on being well organised & efficient Committed, proactive, flexible and professional. Team player. Excellent communication skills 1 years' experience in a similar role Knowledge of Xero helpful but not essential

Skills



Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word desirable but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
