Job Title:

Mortgage Adviser (Mainstream Lending).

Location:

Fully remote or at Haysto HQ, Norwich.

Salary:

Up to 35,000 basic (DOE).

Year 1 Minimum Salary Guarantee:

45,000 minimum earnings.

Year 2 OTE:

75,000+ realistic.

Promotional Tier:

Full Admin Support

- All your case progression handled for you including full case submissions.

You'll:

Advise on mortgages for first-time buyers, movers, remortgages, and buy-to-let. Manage 20+ applications per month, supported by dedicated acquisition and progression teams. Build strong, long-term customer relationships. Work closely with colleagues in a collaborative, inclusive culture.

What we're looking for:

You must be Fully CeMAP-qualified

(or equivalent), with at least 12 months' regulated mortgage advice experience. Y

ou must have held CAS status

within the last 12 months. Strong communicator who puts the customer first. Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-moving environment. Ambitious, proactive, and excited by the chance to help launch a new brand.
