Job Summary

We are seeking a multi skilled and versatile Tradesperson to join our friendly team. The role involves working on void properties and renovation projects across Liverpool and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of construction skills and experience, enabling them to contribute effectively to various projects. The ideal candidate should be able to perform skilled tasks across various trades including:

Joinery, Brickwork, Structural Repairs Framing, Roofing, Concrete Work Carpentry, Masonry, Finish Work Tiling, Drylining, Screeding Bathroom & Kitchen Renewals Plumbing & Electrical (preferred but not essential) Oversee labourers and manage deliveries Carry out general labouring and cleaning duties Support waste management and recycling initiatives Provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of workmanship Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction activities. Execute flooring installation and tile laying according to project specifications. Operate heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or material handling. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain a clean and organised work environment on the construction site. Adhere to health & safety protocols and attend required training
The successful candidate will have the use of a company van following the completion of a successful probation period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
