Our Client - a Leading UK Fertility & IVF Clinic
Join one of the UK's pioneering IVF and fertility treatment providers, renowned for clinical excellence and exceptional patient care. Based in a modern, purpose-built clinic in Cheadle Royal, this private healthcare provider places a strong emphasis on quality and professional development.
The Role
A rare opportunity has come up to join this leading Fertility & IVF Clinic, as a New Patient Coordinator. You will play a vital role in assisting patients through every step from initial consultation, right through to their treatment. Acting as the first point of contact for new fertility patients. This is a rewarding opportunity that can offer heaps of career potential too.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Patient relationships: building outstanding rapport with all patients and families, offering compassion and care at all times.
Patient communication: skilled in handling a large volume of enquiries via various channels and provide timely, courteous and professional responses via telephone and email.
Team collaboration: Facilitating effective communication between departments and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
Patient information: verifying patient data and personal information according to internal policy and GDPR, maintaining confidentiality at all times
Quality assurance: adhering to relevant authorities and governing bodies, and internal policies and procedures
Events: proactively engage and promote the organisation at conferences, events and across social media platforms
What We're Looking For:
Exceptionally empathetic with a genuine passion for patient service
Proven ability to understand and support a patient's perspective
Interest in IVF is a strong advantage
Confident in guiding patients through their journey, both face-to-face and over the phone
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport from day one
Able to multi-task effectively and stay self-motivated
Compassionate, tenacious, and resilient -- essential for supporting patients through emotionally sensitive situations
Strong IT skills and experience working with IT systems
First-class organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
Positive, proactive, 'can-do' attitude
Background in sales and or experience working towards KPIs and meeting targets advantageous
