We are excited to be opening a brand-new Soft Play Centre and Nursery and are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Manager to oversee both areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new venture from the very beginning and help shape a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for children and families.

About the Role

As Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of both the soft play centre and nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and customer service. You'll lead and support a team of childcare practitioners and play staff, manage rotas, oversee compliance with Ofsted and health & safety requirements, and ensure that both the nursery and play centre deliver an excellent experience for children and parents alike.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of both the nursery and soft play centre Ensure all childcare provision meets Ofsted standards and statutory requirements Lead, support, and develop a team of staff across both areas Manage budgets, staffing, and rota planning Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for families Maintain high standards of health & safety, safeguarding, and hygiene Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local community
About You

We're looking for someone with:

Relevant childcare qualification (minimum Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years or equivalent) A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a management or senior leadership role within a nursery, childcare setting, or family leisure venue Strong leadership and organisational skills A genuine passion for working with children and families Good understanding of Ofsted requirements and health & safety regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: 36,000.00-38,000.00 per year
