We're looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Manager to lead our soft play centre. You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences, running smooth daily operations, and driving sales across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Champion exceptional service, resolve issues, improve the visitor experience, and maintain a welcoming, family-friendly environment.
Operations: Oversee daily operations (staffing, safety, maintenance), optimise efficiency, and ensure compliance.
Sales: Develop and implement strategies to boost admissions, parties, and other revenue streams.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing team.
Financial Management: Monitor performance, control costs, and ensure accurate reporting.
Who We're Looking For:
Experience in leisure, hospitality, or retail management.
Proven record in excellent customer service and problem-solving.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Sales-driven mindset with an eye for detail and efficiency.
Financial awareness.
