Job Summary:
We are currently seeking Nursery Bank Staff to join our team. As a Nursery Bank Staff, you will provide support and assistance in our nursery, ensuring the well-being and safety of the children in our care. This is a flexible position where you will work on an as-needed basis to cover staff absences or busy periods.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise children in the nursery, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Drive the implementation of age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
- Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and toileting
- Conduct observations and assessments of children's development
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to children's progress

Experience:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Experience working with children in an early childhood education setting
- Knowledge of nursery policies and procedures
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a group of children
- Previous experience in childcare or nursery settings is preferred

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
