We work with a network of high-quality nurseries located in South West London, dedicated to providing exceptional care and early years education for children aged 6 months to 5 years. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable

Nursery Bank Staff

to join our team, offering flexible work opportunities across our nurseries in vibrant areas like Richmond, Clapham, East Sheen and Fulham.

As Nursery Bank Staff, you will play a key role in supporting our permanent team during busy periods, staff holidays, or absences. You will work with children in a warm and nurturing environment, helping to create a fun, safe, and stimulating space for them to grow and develop.

Responsibilities include:



Supporting the day-to-day care and education of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Assisting with indoor and outdoor activities to promote learning and development Following safeguarding procedures to ensure the welfare and safety of children at all times Assisting with meal times, naps, and personal care routines Working collaboratively with permanent staff to ensure the smooth running of the nursery Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for children and their families

Requirements:



Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting (preferred but not essential) A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or equivalent (preferred) A genuine passion for working with young children A good understanding of the EYFS framework Excellent communication and teamwork skills A flexible, positive, and proactive attitude An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)

Pay: 12.00-15.00 per hour
