About us

We are a busy day nursery in Ponthir catering for up to 95 children per day.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in meal preparation and food production in the nursery kitchen

- Follow recipes and instructions provided by the kitchen supervisor

- Help with food plating and presentation

- Maintain a clean and organised work area and follow the nursery kitchen procedures and cleaning schedule.

- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies

- Adhere to food safety guidelines

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred

- Basic knowledge of food preparation

- Knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations

- Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with coworkers

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.22-12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 15 per week
