We are seeking a Nursery Lunch Cover to join our team at Stepping Stones Day Nursery. This role involves providing lunchtime support and ensuring the well-being of children during this important period of the day.
Responsibilities
- Supervise children during lunchtime, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Engage children in activities and promote positive social interactions
- Assist with feeding and encouraging healthy eating habits
- Maintain a clean and organised lunch area
- Communicate effectively with nursery staff regarding any concerns or issues
Qualifications
- Experience working with children
- Ability to manage and lead a small group of children
- Strong communication skills, particularly with young children
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles
