The role involves supporting with the day-to-day administration of the office, including handling all incoming customer enquiries. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing the day-to-day administration, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is personable, customer focused, a good problem solver and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ensuring a steady completion of workload in an organised and timely manner is key to success in this position.

Primary Responsibilities



Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Liaising with customers and contractors booking surveys, installations, repairs and maintenance. Manage workflow by assigning jobs to other engineers daily, ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly Obtaining prices and providing quotations for small works and emailing out to customers, using Simpro job management software (training will be provided) & Google suite & email. Preparation of engineers job folders, handover packs and distribution to customers. Data entry to update customer database. Assisting with any other admin tasks as appropriate.

A two week induction period will be required to ensure the candidate has all that is
required to carry out the job effectively.

Please note normal working location will be McInnes Group - Inverness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-27,500.00 per year
