We are looking for a highly organised and proactive

Office Administrator

to join our

Accounts team

. In this role, you will handle a range of administrative responsibilities to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department, while providing essential support to the Finance Manager.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently across departments to support wider business operations.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 09.00 to 15.00 but the successful applicant must be flexible to cover full time hours when necessary.

Salary 24,000 to 24,500 pro rata.

Key Responsibilities



Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the office. To carry out invoicing daily across multiple platforms Answer and manage phone calls & emails with professionalism and a high standard of etiquette internally and externally. Accurately and efficiently complete data entry tasks. Organise and maintain both electronic and paper-based filing systems. Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain smooth workflows. Perform additional ad-hoc duties as required by management.

Skills & Requirements



Proven administrative skills with a strong focus on attention to detail and organisation is essential. High level of accuracy and data integrity is critical in this position. Excellent phone manner and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and programmes in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Quick to learn and adapt to new software systems. Basic understanding of mathematics, including VAT and percentage calculations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 24,500.00 per year
