We are looking for a part-time (Monday to Friday) Office Administrator to join our Reading office, where you will play a pivotal role in the organisation and day-to-day running of the office.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, this diverse and fulfilling role involves day-to-day administrative activities that ensure smooth and efficient company operations with your excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively being the key to your success.

What You will Be Doing
In your role as Office Administrator, your strong organisation skills, ability to multi-task and keen attention to detail will ensure you will be successful in this role.
Your main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Management of day-to-day administrative functions as delegated by the Executive Committee's Executive Assistant
Coordinating travel and logistics for the Executive Team
Uploading expenses for the Executive Team to our HR information system
Managing our Company sharepoint
Preparing and distributing business correspondence, reports, and presentations
Supporting the organisation of board meetings and events when required
Assisting the group Facilities Management team in the management and coordination of building facilities and day-to-day running of the office
Managing office supplies and equipment inventory
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Handling confidential information with discretion
Providing additional support to the Executive Team as needed
