2. What You will Do
To provide office administration service to Glasgow office. Acting as a point of contact for all admin/office enquiries. Dealing with internal and external customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact for all general office administration queries
Provide high level administrative support to members of the leadership team (diary management, travel arrangements, expenses, meeting preparation)
Maintain office equipment and liaise with service providers and suppliers
Manage daily office operations, including, supplies, post and facilities coordination. Add and maintain UK suppliers on relevant portal
Draft, format, and distribute internal and external correspondence
Coordinate leadership meetings, taking minutes and follow up on actions
Organise and coordinate logistics for clients' events, meetings and hospitality (venue booking, catering, invitations, RSVPs), be part of Social Committee
Liaise with external vendors to ensure seamless event execution
Support marketing and commercial teams in event planning and communications
Any other tasks as designated by General Manager, promote and comply with the Company's "Safety and Environmental Policy"

Education to "Higher" level
Experience:
Knowledge of working in an office environment, administration, and organisational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good written communication
Problem solving and multitasking
Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office platforms
