Office And Sales Assistant

Job Description

This is a unique role within a small, family-run office where two separate companies operate under one roof. As our Sales Assistant, yourself, along with our other team members will support both businesses by answering calls, responding to emails, and helping with basic admin tasks as needed. Strong communication and flexibility are key!

Responsibilities:



Answer customer calls and emails with a helpful, positive attitude Provide basic product information or connect customers to the right team member where needed Track inquiries via email and phone and follow up as needed Assist in preparing quotes, invoices, or order details using our internal processing system Help maintain simple records in spreadsheets or software tools

What We're Looking For:



Clear, friendly communication skills Basic computer / I.T. skills Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and basic office / admin tools Organized and able to follow up with customers Experience in customer service or retail is a plus
