About the Role



We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Coordinatorto join our small, friendly team in Hollingbury, Brighton. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative and supporting multiple areas of a growing business.

You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the office and warehouse, providing excellent customer service, managing orders, and assisting with general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities



Order Processing:

Accurately handle customer orders, invoicing, and booking through our system.

Customer Service:

Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone, providing timely and professional support.

Warehouse Coordination:

Oversee and liaise with warehouse staff to ensure efficient dispatch and inventory management.

Office Administration:

Manage correspondence, filing, documentation, and basic bookkeeping records.

Stock Monitoring:

Support with stock checks and flag any supply issues.

Supplier & Logistics Liaison:

Communicate with couriers, suppliers, and other partners to coordinate deliveries and returns.

Operational Support:

Assist management with daily operational tasks, reports, and ad-hoc projects.

General Duties:

Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to ensure effective communication.

About You



Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Sheets, etc.). Confident in handling emails, order systems, and customer interactions. A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in office administration, order processing, or customer service preferred. Must have the right to work in the UK A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
