are seeking an highly organised and proactive Office Co-ordinator to support our growing business within the aerospace and industrial gas turbine sectors.
We specialise in the procurement, processing, and sale of high-grade nickel and cobalt superalloys, as well as refinery-grade scrap metals. This role sits at the centre of the business, ensuring office administration, logistics coordination, documentation, and compliance support run smoothly and accurately.

About the Role
As an Office Co-ordinator, you will support the day-to-day administration of the business, acting as the link between office functions, operations, and commercial activity.
You will help ensure transport bookings, documentation, compliance schedules, and operational information are accurate, up to date, and well organised, while also providing transactional support to the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and track transport for inbound and outbound materials
Obtain freight quotations and support logistics planning
Prepare and manage dispatch paperwork, invoices, annex forms, and export documentation
Communicate with customers regarding collections, deliveries, and dispatch updates
Maintain accurate operational and logistics records
Raise purchase orders and sales orders in support of the commercial team
Ensure order documentation is accurate and aligned with agreed commercial terms
Schedule and track staff training, equipment servicing, and statutory inspections (including LOLER)
Support preparation for audits and compliance requirements (ISO, Health & Safety, and financial)
Provide administrative and operational support to the commercial team
Assist with stock control administration and continuous improvement of office processes

Essential qualities:
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Experience in office administration, logistics coordination, operations support, or manufacturing administration
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Confident, professional communication skills
Competent IT skills and confidence handling documentation and systems
Desirable experience:
Experience within the metals, recycling, or nickel/cobalt superalloy sector
Familiarity with export documentation or compliance systems
Experience supporting audits, inspections, or maintenance scheduling
Working Hours
Monday-Thursday:
8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Friday:
8:00 am - 3:00 pm
No weekends
