We are seeking an Office Junior / Receptionist to join our evergrowing team in supporting the Service Adminstrators, Service Manager and Managing Director with various administrative tasks that come with the running of our office. This role requires an individual with excellent organisational skills, a great telephone manor, customer service skills, outstanding attention to detail and proficiency in some office software applications.
Duties
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Answer and direct all phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
Skills
- Proficient in using a computer for office tasks to complete job
- Strong administrative abilities with experience in Microsoft Excel & Adobe
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Skillful in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Organised with the ability to multitask effectively
8am to 4pm (40 hours per week) - Monday to Friday (some flexibility needed from time to time, discussed at interview)
20 Days paid holiday per year (increased to a max of 25 days once service completed, discussed at interview) + Bank Holidays
Birthday Off Work - paid (if this falls on a Monday to Friday)
Candidate Must Drive - Own Transport to Wellingborough required
Salary - 13.00 to 15.00 per hour dependant on experience
