I am looking for someone to help create and manage online sales platforms for my small pet shop. You would be required to upload stock and over see sales and deliveries online, but also help out in the shop when deliveries arrive and need putting away.
Wages will/can increase for the right person.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
Manage day-to-day online operations, ensuring smooth execution of processes and adherence to company policies.
Monitor online sales performance and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that drive traffic and increase sales.
Ensure the website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and reflects the brand's values.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
Strong organisational skills with effective time management capabilities.
Administrative experience is an asset, particularly in managing schedules and coordinating tasks.
