We are currently seeking a

Sales Assistant

to join our dedicated and growing team at

Al Manar Islamic Shop Ltd

. This role is essential in supporting our

online sales operations

and ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage and process online orders through platforms such as the company website, eBay, Amazon, and other marketplaces Communicate with customers via email, phone, and messaging platforms to provide prompt and courteous support Handle product inquiries, order updates, and resolve complaints . Update and maintain online product listings, including writing accurate descriptions and uploading high-quality images Monitor stock levels and notify the team of low inventory or high-demand items Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies Maintain accurate records of sales, communications, and transactions

Qualifications:

Proven experience in online sales, e-commerce, or a customer service role (preferred but not essential)

Fluency in English, Bengali (Bangla), and Urdu

- both spoken and written, is

essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good computer literacy and familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, eBay, Amazon, or WooCommerce) Basic understanding of order management systems and inventory tools Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently under pressure A positive attitude, team spirit, and a commitment to excellent customer service Knowledge of Islamic products and cultural sensitivity is an added advantage
