We are seeking a

Sales Assistant

to join our dynamic team at TR Trade Ltd. This role is essential in supporting our sales operations and ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible. The Sales Assistant will play a key role in facilitating especially

online order processing

and contributing to our mission of delivering quality food products.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with inquiries about products and services. Process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain product displays to ensure they are appealing and well-stocked. Support the sales team in achieving targets and objectives. Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively. Keep accurate records of sales transactions and inventory levels. Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely delivery Monitor online customer feedback and reviews, and escalate issues as needed

Requirements

Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Previous experience in a sales or e-commerce assistant role Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Must be able to communicate in English, Bengali, Hindi/Urdu Basic understanding of sales principles is preferred but not required. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of the food industry or wholesale distribution is a plus
