Job Summary
We are seeking an Order Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Input and process customer orders using our computerised system (SAP)
- Ensure all order details are accurate and complete
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details and delivery schedules
- Assist with general clerical tasks to support operations
- Maintain organised records
- Support with some logistics processes
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of SAP/R3
- Good typing skills to input orders swiftly and accurately
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating good phone and email etiquette
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 24,000.00-26,000.00 per year
