We have a vacancy for an Outreach Rehabilitation Support Worker in the Harthill/Yorkshire area to work within our exceptionally collaborative team. The Harthill role is working part-time within the community. If a full-time role is preferred, it can be combined with a part-time role within one of our residential services in either Barnsley or Rotherham or to continue working in the community in Doncaster or Wakefield.

Our Outreach Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside neuro-therapists to help people regain skills and quality of life after a life-changing injury. The role involves doing interesting activities and working with the team to find creative solutions. No two days are the same!

As this role is in the community supporting an individual in their own home, community and workplaces it is essential to be a driver and car owner (please see our adverts for our residential services if you are a non-driver). The role involves working on a varied rota including weekend work.
