Padel Coach - InstantPadel Canada Water

Location: Canada Water, London

Pay: Competitive hourly rate / package based on experience

Start date: Immediate - Full-time & Part-time roles available

InstantPadel is bringing the world's fastest-growing sport to Canada Water, and we're looking for a passionate Padel Coach to help grow our player base, deliver outstanding sessions, and establish our club as a social and sporting hub for the local community.

What you'll do

Deliver engaging padel lessons for all levels, from beginners to competitive players Run group activities, Americano socials, and match-play events Use non-coaching hours to build relationships with players and drive engagement Support the club's development into a centrepiece of the Canada Water community Assist with marketing initiatives, player retention, and club growth
What we're looking for

LTA or equivalent padel coaching qualification (or strong tennis background with padel experience) Energetic, approachable, and community-minded Ability to inspire players and make padel fun, social, and inclusive Strong communication skills and a team-first mentality Flexible to work evenings and weekends when activity is at its peak
