The role


We're looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our in-house team. You'll help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and ensure the team has everything they need to deliver great work on site.

Your main responsibilities will include:



Answering incoming calls and taking clear, detailed messages Booking and scheduling appointments, meetings, and jobs Supporting the team with admin tasks and project coordination Logging time and tracking job costs Assisting with office organisation and general support duties

What we're looking for:



Previous admin experience (1 year preferred) Previous experience in the property, trades, or construction industry is a bonus Experience using Tradify(or similar job management software) is highly desirable Comfortable using G Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc.) Confident working on a Mac (Apple/macOS environment) A friendly, professional approach with great communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work well within a small, supportive team

Work location:

This role is based in person at our Brighton & Hove office.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
