The Role
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented bookkeeper to support our finance function on a part-time basis (2 days per week, 14 hours total). Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day book-keeping processes.
Key Responsibilities
General bookkeeping duties
Bank reconciliations
Running financial reports
Other finance-related admin tasks as required
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of proven bookkeeping experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with QuickBooks is essential
Knowledge of the P & L and Balance Sheet is essential
