We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential clerical and administrative support. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in data entry, and a friendly phone etiquette to assist with various office tasks.
Responsibilities
Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Manage data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Answer phone calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
typing up day to day paperwork such as despatch notes and sending over to the required personel
Maintain organised records and files to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Support the administrative team with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
supporting the production manager and company secretary
Requirements
Proven experience in an office environment is preferred but not essential.
Strong clerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in data entry and comfortable using various computerized systems.
Familiarity with Word and excel documents is preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating good phone etiquette.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
