What you'll be doing:


Provide commercial leadership, analysis, and governance across Green Flag's B2B partnerships. Establish and maintain the commercial frameworks, pricing structures, and guardrails that enable the New Partner Development team to win, model, and deliver new partnerships effectively. Lead commercial workstreams in bids, propositions, and negotiations, ensuring opportunities are commercially robust and operationally viable. Translate strategic direction from the Head of NPD into practical commercial frameworks, propositions, and pricing structures for new partnerships. Build and maintain pricing models, rate cards, and term sheet templates across pay-on-use and insured propositions, ensuring profitability and consistency with commercial guardrails. Own and update the B2B cost matrix underpinning non-insurance pricing, coordinating with Finance and Operations to reflect internal cost review cycles. Lead the commercial workstream for new partnerships and bids -- including business cases, pricing, and deal approvals -- ensuring compliance and accuracy. Lead the commercial delivery of go-to-market execution for new partnerships: define value propositions, pricing, and financial objectives; coordinate delivery with the Partnerships Enablement Executive and central Marketing/Comms. Own the commercial guardrails and handover templates that make deals "ready for onboarding"; refresh after reviews and apply exceptions via the approval route only. Produce quarterly commercial and market insight reports, analysing partner performance, cost trends, and competitor movements to inform pricing and future propositions. Maintain commercial documentation - including playbooks, templates, and pricing annexes, ensuring they remain current and accessible for the NPD team. Translate strategic direction from the Head of NPD into practical commercial frameworks, propositions, and pricing structures for new partnerships. Our hybrid model offers a 'best of both worlds' approach. When you'll be in the office depends on your role and team but we are working towards 50% time in the office for 2026.



What you'll need:


Proven commercial or strategy experience within insurance, financial services, mobility, or related B2B sectors. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with an understanding of unit economics, pricing, and profitability drivers. Experience leading commercial inputs for RFPs and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to turn strategic direction into executable commercial frameworks and pricing outputs. Excellent written and verbal communication; able to produce executive-ready documentation. Highly organised; strong version control and documentation discipline .Collaborative experience across Finance, Pricing and Underwriting, Legal/Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and Partnership teams.
