What's the Role About?

We're looking for a

Parts Co-Orderinator with proven parts experience

, strong people skills, and a process-driven mindset. You'll play a key role in the day to day running of the business, turning inquiries into bookings, ensuring a smooth experience, and making every customer feel truly looked after. Your ability to communicate clearly and confidently, stay organised, and close sales will help us grow our business while delivering outstanding service.

You'll work closely with our Front-of-House team and Workshop team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and top-tier customer satisfaction. Your sales savvy and organisational skills will be key to our continued success.

Your Key Tasks:

Be able to use our parts managmnet system (Garage Hive) and to master this with in 6 months (training provided) Familaurilty with Partslink 24 or the dealer parts systems for the vehicles we work on. Aid our front of house team by selecting the correct parts for inbound sales quotes, then help build these quotes for the sales team. Aid our front of house team by selecting the correct parts for outbound sales quotes, help build these quotes for the sales team. Manage all day to day parts ordering with precision. Manage our internal parts inventry with precision. Manage our parts return process and ensure all Track your performance against KPIs and continuously refine your approach to meet goals.
