Role Overview:


As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in generating and qualifying sales leads for both IQ Digital House and our clients as a paid for service. This dual responsibility means you will work closely with external sales teams in the Cloud Technology space, as well as internal client stakeholders to identify opportunities, initiate meaningful conversations, and schedule appointments that drive business growth. You will need to have strong IT skills including use of multiple lead and CRM systems, along with strong initiative and the ability to work drive the right leads. This role includes full training if you have no experience, and is a strong starting point into a full sales role. A dynamic personality, creativity, initiative and professionalism are the strongest requirements.

Initial 1 year contact with a view permanent position following a successful term.

Key Responsibilities:



Proactively reach out to potential clients using digital methods such as emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods, along with conducting initial discovery calls with identified leads.

Identify and qualify high-quality sales opportunities for both IQ Digital House and our clients.

Work with external sales teams to help research and understand target markets, industries, and decision-maker profiles.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective leads, ensuring regular follow-ups and engagement.

Set up meetings or calls between prospects and account executives/sales teams.

Conduct initial calls to capture information to qualify the sales lead.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies.

Maintain accurate records, tracking interactions and updating lead statuses.

Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation performance.

Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and client offerings.

Skills & Experience Required:



Experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation role is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, persuasive approach.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and adapt messaging accordingly.

Experience with technology and software, with CRM and sales engagement tools an advantage.

Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Highly organised with strong time management skills.

A proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Experience working with B2B sales is preferred.

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
