The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our growing team. This role is all about creating opportunities: identifying and reaching out to potential clients, generating qualified leads, and booking high-quality appointments for our sales consultants. You'll be the first point of contact for many businesses, so confidence, curiosity, and strong communication skills are key.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively research and identify new business opportunities
Engage with business owners via phone, email, and social media to qualify leads
Book appointments for our sales team (phone, video, or face-to-face)
Maintain accurate records and pipeline in the CRM
Follow up warm leads from campaigns and referral partners
Hit and exceed monthly KPIs and targets
What We're Looking For
Experience in a sales or lead generation role (ideally B2B or call centre)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
Able to build rapport quickly and ask smart questions
Comfortable working with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Outlook etc.)
Excellent time management and organisation skills
