About the Role:

As a

Pasta Chef

, you will be responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality pasta dishes that reflect authentic Italian cuisine. You'll work in a dynamic environment, maintaining high standards and ensuring every plate meets our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Handcraft fresh pasta and sauces using traditional Italian techniques. Ensure consistency and quality in every dish served. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in pasta preparation and

Italian cuisine

. Passion for authentic, high-quality food. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Team player with a positive attitude.

What We Offer:

Salary between 14 and 17 per hour. Opportunities to grow within our expanding restaurant group. 28 days holiday per year. A friendly, supportive working environment with a focus on teamwork and authentic Italian hospitality.
