If you're passionate about digital transformation, continuous improvement, and making a real impact on employee experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Who We Are:

Southdown is the largest not-for-profit provider of care, support, and housing in Sussex. We've been helping people access stable accommodation, mental health and care services since 1972, now counting over 900 people as part of our team.

What you'll be doing

Redesigning and mapping HR processes to improve efficiency across recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Leading the implementation and optimisation of HR systems (e.g., Pinpoint ATS, Workforce, People First HRIS, Halo Ticketing), ensuring functionality and adoption. Coordinating training and upskilling within the People and Experience team to embed effective system use and continuous improvement. Partnering with the People Team to streamline workflows and remove inefficiencies across the function. Supporting the rollout of new platforms, including workflow design, pilot delivery, and change management. Driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with Southdown's improvement roadmap, including project planning and stakeholder engagement. Creating and managing recruitment content across job boards, careers sites, and social media, aligned with Southdown's EVP and employer brand. Using data and metrics to evaluate system performance, recruitment funnel effectiveness, and employee access to People services. Configuring and maintaining ATS features including user access, templates, workflows, onboarding modules, and automation. Troubleshooting system issues, supporting integration planning across ATS, HRIS, and LMS platforms, and providing training and documentation for end users.

We welcome applications from candidates with experience in roles such as:

HR Systems Specialist, People Operations Lead, Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Project Coordinator, Digital HR Transformation Consultant, Recruitment Marketing Executive, HR Business Analyst, People Services Manager, or similar roles within HR, People, or Talent functions.
