Job Description

We are looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to support a 38-year-old man with Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy, who plays Boccia for England - a competitive disability sport. Lee's disability is purely physical; he has no learning disability and leads an active and ambitious lifestyle.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of an elite athlete's support team and travel to training camps and competitions across the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

Personal care support (including medication, hygiene, dressing, etc.)

Assisting with meal preparation and eating

Driving to and from appointments, training, and events

Supporting Lee during local, national, and international Boccia competitions

Learning how to assist with the sport (full training provided)

Requirements

? Genuine interest in sport and disability inclusion

? Full UK driving licence (clean and valid)

? Valid passport - must remain in date for duration of employment

? Willingness to travel within the UK and abroad

? Respectful, reliable, and able to work independently

? Comfortable providing personal care

? Flexible availability

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week
