We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role is pivotal in facilitating smooth operations within the office and requires a professional who can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. This role will start as a part-time role offering opportunity for full time contact for the successful candidate.
Duties
Provide administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain organised records of documents and files, very comfortable using social media platforms.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
Practice a high level of confidentiality when supporting director and using data
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and project coordination.
Attend and support events - comfortable with travel and being very social, display excellent networking skills
Support the Director in various ad-hoc tasks to enhance productivity.
Skills
Proficient in office administration with strong organisation skills. Excellent when using initiative and competent to work on individualised set tasks
Excellent, confident, phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
Familiarity with administrative tasks such as scheduling, and document management.
Competent in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) for daily operations.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using social media platforms would be advantageous and essential; willingness to learn is important.
Driving license holder preferred but not essential
