Key Responsibilities



Schedule Management

: Organise and prioritise calendars across multiple businesses and family commitments, using tools like Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel) to ensure seamless coordination.

Task Coordination

: Manage to-do lists for each business understanding priorities and keeping the director on track in terms of work load obligations.

Communication Support

: Handle emails, draft concise updates, and provide clear reminders to keep the entrepreneur focused and informed.

Logistics

: Arrange travel, book appointments, including business and personal - thinking ahead in terms of timing.

Proactive Problem-Solving

: Anticipate needs, flag potential conflicts, and suggest solutions to keep everything running smoothly.

Tech Integration

: Learn and leverage industry-specific tools to streamline workflows.

Supportive Approach

: Adapt to the entrepreneur's working style with patience, breaking tasks into manageable steps and maintaining a positive, structured approach.
