We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and tech-savvy
Personal Assistant
to support a Director across multiple businesses. This is a varied and dynamic role combining
administrative support, bookkeeping, personal assistance
, and
creative input
for digital and social media tasks. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and confident managing a diverse range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation
Answer phone calls and manage correspondence professionally
Perform
bookkeeping
using
QuickBooks
, including invoicing and expense tracking
Maintain and organise physical and digital filing systems
Run
business and personal errands
(driving required)
Support with
social media management
, including Facebook content scheduling and message responses
Create visual content using
Canva
(e.g., flyers, posts, announcements)
Use
Google Suite
and Microsoft Office for document collaboration and tracking
Book patients into clinic systems and handle appointment scheduling
Take card payments and process patient transactions
Assist with personal admin tasks such as scheduling appointments, organising deliveries, or event coordination
Provide general office and reception support, including scanning, filing, and welcoming visitors
Requirements
At least 2 years' experience in a PA, administrative, or office support role
Bookkeeping experience, ideally using
QuickBooks
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident with Canva, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
Familiar with Facebook for business use
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
Trustworthy, professional, and discreet with sensitive information
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Desirable
Previous experience supporting a company director or senior manager
Prior experience in
finance, bookkeeping, or accounts
Familiarity with managing social media and content creation for business
