We're seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant & Social Media Coordinator--a key role that blends office support and digital marketing.
Job Summary
As our Executive Assistant & Social Media Coordinator, you will manage daily administrative tasks, handle phone and email communication, and take charge of our social media presence. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and has a creative eye for content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
Manage scheduling, appointments, and email correspondence for showroom leadership
Perform general office duties: filing, invoicing, data entry, inventory tracking
Assist with ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
Communicate with suppliers, clients, and contractors as needed
Social Media & Marketing
Create, schedule, and post engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
Promote new products, sales, and completed projects through stories, reels, and photos
Interact with followers and respond to comments and messages
Collaborate with showroom staff to capture and share photos of product installations and displays
Use tools like Canva, Later, or Buffer to design and manage content
Track engagement and suggest strategies to grow our online presence
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in an administrative, office assistant, or executive assistant role
Experience managing social media for a business or brand (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic social media tools
Highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks
A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
Interest or experience in home design, retail, or kitchen/bathroom products is a plus
