Personal Assistant (PA) - Flexible Hours
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and discreet Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a growing portfolio of businesses, including property management, healthcare, and new entrepreneurial projects.
This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to grow alongside the businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all tenant communications, including handling enquiries, addressing issues, and coordinating maintenance.
Assist with advertising vacant rental units and managing tenancy agreements.
Track rent payments, issue notices, and ensure timely collections.
Handle personal administrative tasks, including correspondence, insurance policies, council tax, and filing paperwork.
Liaise with solicitors regarding property and business matters.
Support business projects, such as sourcing and coordinating with marketing, social media, and advertising professionals.
Organize emails, manage schedules, and ensure efficient task follow-up.
Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, essential for managing day-to-day operations and maintaining an organized office environment.
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while staying connected through regular meetings and check-ins.
Experience in property management, business administration, or as an Executive Assistant (preferred but not essential).
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different tasks across multiple businesses.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A high level of discretion and understanding of confidentiality agreements.
