We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be adept at using various office software and possess strong clerical skills to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Duties
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
Maintain an organised filing system for documents and records, ensuring easy access to important information.
Assist in data entry tasks and maintain accurate records using CRMs and Microsoft Office suite.
Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the Director.
Coordinate meetings, including logistics such as venue booking and agenda preparation.
Support the Director in various clerical tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency within the office environment.
Qualifications
Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy work environment.
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation.
Familiarity with general office procedures and administrative tasks is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing requirements.
