Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to deliver high quality childcare on a 1 to 1 basis for a child until they receive their EHCP and transition to school.

The successful candidate will

Deliver high quality one-to-one support to a child with additional needs Deliver early years childcare in the pre-school setting, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage, promoting parent & child interaction and the development of the child.
The main duties of the Early Years Practitioner 1 to Support are:

To deliver high quality one-to-one support to a child with additional needs in the Preschool To deliver high quality early years childcare for this child in the pre-school setting, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage, promoting parent & child interaction and the development of the child, To ensure a welcoming and friendly environment for children and families at all times. To provide regular feedback to parents about their child's development and progress. To ensure the data & record keeping requirements are adhered to in line with systems implemented by the company To build and maintain positive relationships with children, staff, parents/carers and line management. To work within the framework of Safeguarding Children and Child Protection policy and procedures. To deliver services within a fully inclusive equal opportunities framework. To carry out his/her duties with full regard to the setting's Health and Safety and confidentiality policies and procedures. To assist with and undertake general nursery duties
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: 12.21-12.60 per hour
